You’ll get a new mindfulness lesson from us, in your inbox, every day.
The lesson and practice will never go longer than 6 minutes – a billable unit.
You’ll be able to access the practices for seven days after the end of each Bootcamp.

WHO SHOULD ENROL?
Any one who practices law right now. Anywhere in the world.
While this Bootcamp is designed for lawyers, it’s also suited to other professionals in the law as well as law students.
Marike is a Mindfulness Therapist, The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP) Practitioner and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator.
Once a lawyer, Marike’s main areas of expertise lies in helping people better understand stress, learn how to manage their minds and their nervous systems and move them from a place of surviving our modern lives to thriving in them. She has worked with the world’s leading mindfulness experts and Neuroscientists including Jon Kabat Zinn.
In 2019, Marike became the first Australian to be certified with and recognised by Global Mindfulness leader, Brown University.
Anna is an award winning executive general counsel & author, turned Legal Innovation Consultant and Influencer.
In parallel, Anna has been studying mindfulness and yoga for over 10 years, She is also a qualified meditation teacher and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Medicine in New York.
In 2021, Anna donned her entrepreneurial shoes and launched her own Advisory service, on a mission to help law and business adapt to the digital age. She is consulting in the areas of social media content creation, strategy & partnerships, legal ops/ optimisation, change management, as well as coaching and general counsel freelancing. She believes that innovation is invigorating, change is energising and efficiency will never go out of fashion.
A sought-after advisor both domestically and internationally – she is seeking to shift the dialogue in order to propel the corporate world forward.

Q: Is the Mindfulness Bootcamp right for me if I’m new to mindfulness?
Absolutely. The Bootcamp is for all levels, including beginners. We will guide you every step of the way. It doesn’t matter how busy your mind is! We are experts at this and we are lawyers so we are totally aware of the struggle. We’ve got you.
Q: How does the Bootcamp work?
We will be in close email contact. You’ll receive a new mindfulness lesson from us, in your inbox, every day.
That email will include a link to to that day’s practice and some words of support. You can join the private Facebook group to connect with us and other Bootcamp-ers.
Q: What if I don’t complete the Bootcamp in 14 cays? How long do I have access?
You’ll have access to the content for seven days after the end of the Bootcamp. While we encourage you to commit to showing up daily, we understand the need for flexibility. Consistency is critical. You’ll also have continuing access to the private Facebook group.
Q: What is the refund policy?
This Bootcamp is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: I don’t use Telegram. Is it a pre-requisite?
No. The 14 mindfulness practices will be emailed to you every day so you can participate in the Bootcamp without social media. Everyone learns differently. Do what serves you. Your new accountability crew will miss you though!
